The CHCA boys outdistanced runner-up Cincinnati Country Day 338-231, while the Summit Country Day girls finished with a 381-259 advantage over runner-up CHCA. Summit Country Day (283) and New Richmond (223) finished third and fourth respectively. Seven Hills (179), Norwood (112), Cincinnati Christian (68), Clark Montessori (44.5), and St. Bernard-Elmwood Place (23) rounded out the combined team scoring. MVC was formed in 1971 and has been one of the most stable conferences in Illinois high school athletics. ALL-MVC HONORS: Players of the Year were Norwood's Laney Murphy (Gray Division) and Summit's Madison Sievering (Scarlet Division) and Coaches of the Year were Purcell Marian's Chris Braunstein (Gray Division) and Summit's Mike Fee (Scarlet Division).
